Presented with the opportunity to generate a comfortable sum of money by trading during the day, why are you still undecided? Contrary to popular belief, it can be easy to earn additional cash during hours after a workday. So, if you need to cut through all of the effort of trading, you should search no further than forex auto trader software...

Whatever your family’s fiscal situation, what have you got to lose by giving forex auto a shot? The thought of earning additional money whilst you sleep, work, and go about your daily business might sound daunting, but it’s not as difficult as it seems. So, if you need to cut through all of the effort of tedious trading, forex trading software is going to be your best bet.

It’s not surprising to discover that it takes market traders over ten years of experience to be able to deal and haggle on the stock exchange floor and to ensure a beneficial return on the initial investment. They have to put in long hours to ensuring that their business continues to be profitable. Technology is, however, offering you an easier answer with forex auto trading software.

Once you have purchased forex auto trader, make one or two test trades in order to get accustomed to what to do. It’s an obvious technique for perfecting your skills and you’ll be steered clear of any easy mistakes that might cost you real money.

As previously mentioned, the forex trader is advanced enough to be able to do most of the work for you. The software is smart enough so that it can fulfill its preset directions on what you’re trading in and when you want the transaction to happen.

You should be mindful of a few things before you purchase a forex robot, however. No system is guaranteed to be foolproof, therefore you may still suffer minimal profits or even losses. If it is properly employed, it is a useful tool to be used whilst you attend to other matters — it is still prone to errors and may not be quick enough when reacting to market fluctuations. You can trade when your shares go up, instead of when you have time. It’s not a set it and forget it system. An automatic forex trader needs irregular updating to match your chosen market’s causes and trends.

It is best to try to remember not to be led into a false sense of security; simply using a forex auto trader will not perform any financial miracles. If you’re new to market investment, don’t rush in without knowing what’s going on and without a game strategy. As soon as you discover the many and varied benefits of using an auto forex trader, you will be won over and will never have to trade on a market floor again.

Although on the face of it in the modern world it looks like an obvious gambit, before now the acquisition of loan portfolios had taken place through several marketplaces rather than a a one-stop shop. Change has come about with the rise of a firm designed for one purpose --- for dealing in loans through a process involving bids, utilizing web technology along the same lines as the highly successful eBay...

Unified marketplace transactions involving loan portfolios had not hitherto been attempted. Now, a company implemented with the Ebay auction principle in mind has come to the forefront and begun to revolutionize this, approaching loan purchasing with an innovative mentality.

Banks, investors, etc can buy portfolio packages by checking a national platform to find offers at low cost. Using the online platform data on these sales can be standardized to great effect.

Any web sales organisation can reach more clients than their traditional counterparts, and the degree of access offered to potential investors by this service doesn’t disappoint. Location and time are unlikely to ever again be major concerns and business can be conducted 24/7, which saves everyone a substantial amount of time. Before you can sell anything you must find possible leads who might want to buy, and these need to be located and reached in bulk. The better the data at your fingertips, the more efficient you will be in marketing anything you have. This area of financial opportunity expectably generates more exposure than others and the smartest way of avoiding these, is, once again, qualified information.

Using the unprecedented standardization and transparency offered by this system you will become empowered to handle your investments on your own without any need for a third party broker. Both parties are likely to benefit significantly from full and frank access to pertinent information, and this makes full and frank exchange dependable, thereby helping to balance exposure with profit.

Keeping consumer and subprime loans standardized rather than fragmented makes the selection of the ideal portfolio for investment much easier. Time is not wasted in this manner — not simply for the investor but just as importantly, of course, for the dealer. Along with this information, the open bidding system creates the potential for all parties involved to leave with the best deals they could have made. Remember, the Internet has generated you inexhaustible opportunities, and the scope for trade in loan portfolios is on the brink of splitting wide open. Sure, there’s no wiser way to buy than using the web — what a lot of people regrettably miss is that, by the same token, there’s no wiser way to sell.

This article is actually about a subject that I felt I needed to research for my own good. Now that I’m making money online in marketing I thought that it would be a good idea to learn some investment strategies. At the very least, find out what types of investments there are, so this articles is kind of a beginners’ tutorial on investments. I’ll go into more detail of each type in later articles. The one thing I did know about investments even before doing this research is that investments can be relatively safe, very risky or somewhere in between. And as with anything in life the bigger the risk the bigger the reward. Let’s face it, you’re not going to get a 50% ROI by putting money into a savings account. Right now mine is earning about 1.5% interest. Pretty pitiful if you ask me. That’s not investing. That’s just letting your money rot away in a vault.

So let’s see what basic types of investments we have.

For starters you have bonds. These are also called “fixed income” securities. The reason that they are called this is because the income you get from bonds is fixed. You invest a certain amount in the bonds you purchase and after a certain amount of time, when the bonds mature, you get a certain return. You’re basically lending out your money to the government and they are paying you back with interest at a later date. Bond investment is relatively risk free. Therefore the return you get is pretty low.

Then there are stocks. And let me tell you, there are more stocks out there to invest in than Carter has liver pills. Just check with the NYSE to see how many stocks are actively being traded. Stocks are much riskier than bonds. A stock can sell for $5 a share one day and drop down to $1 a share the next day. Imagine investing in 1000 shares. You would have lost $4,000 in just one day. Conversely stocks can give you a big windfall literally overnight. The key to stock investing is to get a good broker who knows the market. And don’t worry, he WILL have your best interests in mind because he wants to make money too, as he gets a percentage of any gain you make on the stocks you invest in.

Then you have your mutual funds. Mutual funds are a collection of stocks and bonds put together in one portfolio. When you buy into a mutual fund you are actually throwing in your lot with a bunch of other investors. The theory behind mutual funds is that the diversification of investments will help prevent against any great loss on the investment as a whole. My wife’s IRA is actually part of a mutual fund that so far is doing very nicely. So these are relatively safe, though a little riskier than bonds alone.

And then finally you have what they call alternative options which include options, futures, FOREX, gold, real estate, etc. I’ll go into these in detail in future articles.

Investing is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity. With the value of the dollar constantly going down the only way to provide for your future and your retirement IS to invest. If you think I’m kidding, in 1965 a gallon of gas was 32 cents. It’s now up to over $3 where I live. No, a dollar isn’t worth what is used to be worth.

What’s the answer?

Invest.

Just don’t lose your shirt in the process.

Annuities can be very good things for some of us and a disaster for those of us who have not been made aware of the pitfalls and traps that in turn can easily befall them.

Since most people have or are going to look into annuities as a retirement or and an investment vehicle, make sure it fits into today’s needs and parameters. It has to be right for the times we are in and it needs to be periodically revaluated for tomorrow’s world.

Precautions to be taken when buying annuities:

1.	One should not Buy Annuities With Long Surrender Periods:

People are talked into buying an annuity that locks up their money for an excessive period of time with a surrender period that is longer than another comparable annuity with similar interest rates.

2.	Do not fall for First Year Bonus Interest Rates:

Some annuity companies offer you a ‘bonus’ or ‘bonus interest rate’ on your first year deposit into an annuity.

3.	Understand exclusion rations and the value of a partial 1035 exchange.

This is a rather complicated subject because there are enormous variables in determining how to properly structure your annuity contract from day one so as to maximize the taxable exclusion ratios when and if you decide to take an annuitization income from your annuities in the future.

4.	Do not use small companies with questionable financial ratings

An annuity by definition is a contract guaranteed by an insurance company. Annuity consumers sometimes forget this and buy and annuity without factoring the claims paying ability of the insuring company. This does not only apply to the questions of solvency or bankruptcy but to the more subtle effect it might have ones contract. If an annuity company has financial trouble it most likely will not go bankrupt (even though it is a possibility) because of the various government regulatory groups that monitor annuity companies. But what can happen is the annuity company will lower the rates at which it credits interest to your account in order to make up its losses in other areas of its business.

5.	Know the guaranteed cover per person per insurance company

One needs to know if an insurance company goes broke what is the guaranteed cover per person per insurance company is available .One should not invest more than that in the fixed or guaranteed annuities and the variable annuities are not covered. Because if they broke then one may get stuck or spread the amount between different insurance companies.

6.	Consider the shortest penalty free surrender date

The next thing you have to consider is getting the shortest possible penalty free surrender date term as possible so long as the interest rate is better than any CD.

Lastly and most importantly get the best professional help, one who will always tell you “like it is” even if its sometimes hard to listen too and even harder sometimes to act upon.

STEP 1: Make up Your Mind and Setting Your Goals

The first step to any form of planning is to determine your objectives and to set your goals.Although it’s the easiest to do, most people do not do it.So, in this case, please take a piece of paper and write down your financial objectives and goals.

Keep it sweet and simple. And constantly refer back to remind yourself of the goals that you have set.Trust me – you will forget your objectives and sway off course if you do not have your goals documented.

Decide on what you would like to achieve financially; develop a plan to achieve it; stick to it to make sure that you stay on track with your objectives.Put your mind, soul, and determination to achieving these goals and you will arrive in time.

Your goals should contain:

-Your Targeted Net Worth
-Your Targeted Monthly Residual Income
-Your Starting Capital
-The time (in years and months) to achieve these goals
-How much time per day would you allocate to achieve the above goals?

For starting capital, it’s best to only use risk capital because when you are using your live savings to achieve this, you would normally be too fearful to lose, that is when you make emotional, instead of rational, decisions. As we know, in any business, emotional decisions will, most of the time, turn to bad decisions. We are talking about your financial future – so please make only rational decisions – consider all possibilities when things don’t go your way.

Now that we have decided on your goals and your starting capital to achieve these objectives, we are now ready for Step 2 – Achieving Financial Freedom.

Discipline is one of these assets that are normally undervalued. It is not sexy to be disciplined, yet in finance (and in management) discipline delivers you success.

You can check your disciplinary approach to investment by answering the following question:

It has become a bear-market recently. This quarter has been very bad. What have you done in this quarter? Please select of of the two options:

I have invested with the same frequency as in the bull market. More or less the same amount of orders and transactions.

I have been less active recently. I’m waiting for better opportunities.

It is well known that people are less active in a bear-market than in a bull market, yet it should be your target to break through this pattern. Investment opportunities are always present, for both following a technical or a more fundamental approach.

More important is that you know have active you want to be with your portfolio. You should balance this. You cannot time the market, you cannot predict bear- or bull markets, the only way to get the return you deserve is to know what your financial preferences are and that you follow these.

Of course it is tempting to speculate and to win a few ones, but if there was such a magic formula, it would be available on the market. Try to learn more from the professionals — read some more about Peter Lynch for example — and invest with discipline.

If you are looking at alternative investments the one we consider the best has an average gain of 920% over 20 years and has outperformed shares and property with less downside risk.

If you haven’t guessed what it is, read on!

Alternative Investments What Are They?

The term alternative investments typically refers to hedge funds, private equity investing, high return mutual funds and a variety of non-traditional asset investments such as land, timber, art, precious metals and a variety of other collectables.

Alternative Investments – Reduce Risk and Increase Long Term Performance!

The addition of alternative investments to a portfolio of traditional investments can not only enhance overall portfolio returns, but also help reduce downside swings and losses.

Portfolio Diversification

The concept of not putting all your eggs in one basket when investing, and spreading the risk is not a new concept – Harry Markowtiz reduced it to a mathematical formula in 1952.

Today, his work remains a major influence on both asset managers and investors when considering the overall make up of an investment portfolio.

Low Correlation

Markowitz worked on the assumption that all investors what to avoid risk if possible.

He considered how ALL the different investments in a portfolio can be expected to move relative to each other and how this affects the overall risk / return of the portfolio.

The definition of this is “correlation,” and measures how much an investor can expect different investments or asset classes to change in price relative to each other.

Attractive Rates of Return

If you choose the right alternative investment, then it will not only help reduce the risk of your portfolio, but can help provide better overall returns because some investments are correlated and move together. A selection of shares for example, will probably all go down together in a bear market; however, other assets may actually rise.

An investor should therefore combine a number of non-correlated investments to balance the risk and reward of the portfolio.

What is the Best Alternative Investment?

UK land is an ideal alternative investment to add to your portfolio – the reason for this is:

Its historical performance, not only has shown good growth, but downside risk has been relatively low.

Land has also produced solid long term gains regardless of whether stocks, equities and mutual have been rising or falling.

Land Prices Rising Strongly Creates an Investment Opportunity UK land has on average risen in value by 920% over 20 years.

This represents the average, and investors who have been careful in their plot selection have made far greater gains.

The UK is one of the most densely populated countries in Europe and has a rising population, combined with a severe housing shortage.

There is a need for new homes to be built and land developed. You can make significant gains by buying land that could get planning permission in the future.

Alternative Investments are not Just for the Rich!

You don’t need to be wealthy to consider land as one of your alternative investments and even the smallest investor can take advantage of this opportunity.

Many specialist companies will help you select land that has a high potential to rise in value. They will do the research and give you all the facts you need, to make an informed investment decision.

Einstein’s “RULE of 72″ provides us with an easy formula to figure how long it takes to DOUBLE YOUR MONEY! As a rule of thumb, at 10% interest money will double every 7.2 years.

It doesn’t matter if the investment can be a stock, a bond, a CD, and any other way of getting a return on your money. You don’t need a calculator and you can use this method to quickly calculate in your head how long it will take to double your money. All you need to do is divide 72 by the annual rate of return. The result would be approximately the number of years required for your investment to double in size.

EXAMPLE:

If you have $10,000 in a savings account at a bank, earning you 3.0%, divide 3.0% into 72. It will take 24.0 years to double your money.

Einstein once said, “If people understood the Rule of 72 they would never put their money in banks!”

If you have $10,000 invested in a mutual fund that returns 10% divide 10% into 72. Your money will double in 7.2 years. A much better return!

Doubling your money is a VERY important part of wealth accumulation. If your money is in the bank at 4%, how many doubles do you have left in your lifetime?

If you are 35 years old, with money earning a measly 4% in a bank and doubling only every 18 years, you only have ONE DOUBLE by age 60. If you figure that inflation averages 3% you’re just above breaking even, and if you figure the income taxes you paid on the 4% growth, you are loosing money.

If you’re 35 and your money is growing at 12%, you will have SIX DOUBLES by age 60!

If you’re 50 and your money is growing at 12%, you have 1.6 DOUBLES LEFT by age 60!

What does this mean? It means you need to start investing your money as soon as you can. Today is a good time to begin.
